SPRING SPRANG SPRUNG is an independent watch fair created by Yong Keong Lim and Sugiharto Kusumadi in Singapore. It is conceptualised as a fun, casual, welcoming and inclusive platform for independent watch brand owners and watch enthusiasts alike to get together in person to share their passions, ideas, discussions and more. The Second Chapter of SPRING SPRANG SPRUNG will be held Q4 2023 with subsequent chapters to be held on an annual basis. This next Chapter of SPRING SPRANG SPRUNG focuses primarily on microbrands but the goal is to embrace more brands – including regional and global ones – in subsequent Chapters. Also in the works as SPRING SPRANG SPRUNG evolves are: panel discussions, watch assembly and related demonstrations, classes and sharing sessions. There are also exclusive event-related merchandise including but not limited to t-shirts, caps, socks and so on.

About Sugiharto Kusumadi
Sugiharto Kusumadi is, first and foremost, passionate (mad?) about watches. Kusumadi is perhaps best known as the founder of Red Army Watches aka RAW – a retailer of independent watch brands in Singapore
since 2004 with a regional presence in Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia. Conceptualised to be different from your usual watch retailers, RAW aims to offer a fun and welcoming environment for new and seasoned watch enthusiasts alike to learn and share about watches. When Kusumadi is not admiring the sexy sleek curves of the latest timepieces that have caught his eye, he is an avid cyclist and also enjoys shooting with his camera (phone or otherwise).
About Yong Keong Lim
Yong Keong Lim, or YK, started out as a watch collector in 2010. Most people probably know him as Mr. Greenhorology in the Singapore watch community. In 2018, YK founded Feynman Timekeepers as a legacy to be passed on to his elder son Feynman Lin in future. YK became the Director of BIG Time Singapore in 2021 and has taken over the role of business development in charge of developing awareness for brands like Orient and Orient Star. Apart from watches, YK enjoys spending time with his family for a good meal or in the arcade with his kids. He also enjoys having a shot of whisky alone during his personal time pondering about the next watch design for Feynman Timekeepers.
