ABOUT HAVAAN TUVALI
springsprangsprung_havaantuvali_2023_04
Started in 2016, Havaan Tuvali was created by Eric Yeh, a watch enthusiast who took apprenticeship to learn watch repairing for years before venturing into the watchmaking world. While most microbrands would outsource and have factories make and assemble the watches, each and every Havaan Tuvali watch is handmade, assembled and regulated by the owner himself. The brand name, Havaan Tuvali, originated from the Taiwanese aboriginal Burun tribe language meaning “The deer’s sunset”. The ancient Burun people believed that at sun down, when the deer came out from the forest to browse for food and water, that’s the time for the people to finish up their day of work, in some ways, it is also how they tell time.
