The number of watch enthusiasts who are keen to explore watchmaking has been increasing. This is plausibly a natural phase in the watch collecting journey. Additionally, there are young enthusiasts who see watchmaking as a career option and are taking up internships and course to pursue this dream of theirs. The panel we have here comes from the technical side of the business - an important but perhaps less glamorous part of the business. Let's hear what they have to say about their careers - is there a future in it and what advice they have for the next generation of watchmakers.
